The Oakland Raiders have teamed up with the United States Marine Corps once again for the 2003 Toys for Tots program. Raiders WR Tim Brown will sign autographs in exchange for toy donations at The Raider Image at Southland Mall in Hayward, Calif., on Tuesday, December 9, from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
The Raider Image will issue autograph vouchers to the first 300 fans. You must have a voucher and donate a new, unwrapped toy to receive an autograph from Tim Brown.
According to the Toys for Tots official web site, over the past 55 years, the U.S. Marines have distributed almost 285,000,000 toys to nearly 139,000,000 needy children throughout the Nation. In 1995, the Secretary of Defense approved Toys for Tots as an official program of the U.S. Marine Corps and as an official mission of the Marine Corps Reserve.
