www.ibabuzz.comBy Steve Corkran The Raiders used the fourth of their four sixth-round selections on Oklahoma defensive tackle Stacy McGee. They now are down to two seventh-rounders before the NFL draft concludes. McGee, 6-foot-3 and 308 pounds, has the ability to be a disruptive force. However, he gets dinged for just as many weaknesses as strengths. He was suspended for the first six games last season for violating university rules. He also had some off-field issues that resulted in two arrests. This smacks of a typical high-risk, high-reward type pick. If he pans out, great. If not, the Raiders burned only a sixth-round compensatory selection. McGee is deemed versatile enough to play in the middle in the 4-3 scheme and at end in the 3-4 scheme. The Raiders are thin at defensive tackle after losing Richard Seymour, Tommy Kelly and Desmond Bryant.
