www.insidebayarea.com/By Jerry McDonald ALAMEDA -- The Raiders addressed a need at tight end with the selection of Nick Kasa of Colorado, No. 172 overall. Entering the draft thin on tight ends after Brandon Myers left in free agency, Kasa is the second player selected coached by the Oakland staff in the Senior Bowl. Kasa caught 20 passes for 348 yards and three touchdowns for a 1-10 Colorado team in 2013. He has good size and speed, and one scouting service compared him to former Raiders and New York Giants tight end Kevin Boss. ``I need to work on everything,'' Kasa told reporters at the NFL scouting combine. ``I think right now I'm a little bit better in the run game because of my physicality and size. I think I have the speed to stretch the field as well. I just have to work on those techniques, route-running and the passing game. I just need the experience I haven't gotten.''
