www.insidebayarea.comBy Katherine Jarvis Oakland Tribune Two train services are offering special deals for travel to Raiders games. Amtrak's Capitol Corridor, which provides service from San Jose to the Sacramento area and the Sierra foothills, will be offering 25 percent discounts on fares during home games throughout the 2009 season, excluding Monday night games. This offer also will be in place Aug. 8 for the Raider Nation Celebration. Tickets for up to two children under 15 riding with an adult are half the price of an adult fare. The Altamont Commuter Express, which provides service from Stockton to San Jose, has two related packages to honor the Raiders' 50th season of football. Both are for the Raiders' Sept. 27 home game against the Denver Broncos. The $50 package includes one game ticket, one round-trip ticket on the ACE train, and a hot dog, chips and soda package. For $65, people will get all of the above, plus access to the tailgate party at the Stockton ACE station. The train ride will include Raider legends and contests. Ticket buyers may log on to CapitolCorridor.org and enter code H811 for the 25 percent discount offer or call 877-9-RIDECC for details. Beginning Tuesday at 10 a.m., both ACE packages will be available for online purchase at www.Raiders.com/ACE50 and www.Raiders.com/ACETailgate.
